Hi, I’m Katherine. I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. I’m an enthusiastic encourager who provides firm, supportive guidance, and I love helping people discover strength they didn’t know they had.
About Katherine
Movement has always been a non-negotiable in my life. From soccer and dance to cheerleading, weightlifting, and endurance sports, fitness has consistently been an outlet that brings me peace. Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me lifting, running, reading a good book, or chasing my black lab out of any body of water.
I thrive on new fitness challenges and have competed in a wide range of disciplines, including a Half Ironman, half marathons, HYROX doubles, CrossFit competitions, and bodybuilding. I’m currently training for my first marathon and a Spartan Trifecta. No matter the sport or season, lifting weights and maintaining a solid cardio base are always part of how I train. Training across different styles helps me coach with flexibility and meet clients where they are.
I’m a former Physical Education teacher, coach, and collegiate athlete with experience coaching strength and conditioning, boys’ and girls’ soccer, gymnastics, and both sideline and competitive cheerleading. I’ve coached state champions and championship teams, and worked with student-athletes pursuing military academies and adults who need modified training due to injuries.
Now fully stepping into personal training, I’m excited to work more one-on-one in a semi-private setting to help clients reach goals big or small. I believe physical ability is a gift from God, and I’m passionate about helping others steward that gift well.
