Foundations Plan

$280/month

Just enough to build consistency, momentum, and real results — especially if you're just getting started or getting back on track.

Best for: Beginners, busy professionals, and anyone rebuilding their fitness routine.

Momentum Plan

$350/month

Offering the perfect balance of structure, support, and momentum for your physical and mental transformation.

Features:

✅ Three sessions per week
✅ Everything in Foundations — with faster, more visible results
✅ Greater accountability and habit reinforcement

Best for: Clients ready to make steady, meaningful progress with regular support.

Elite Plan

$400/month

Train up to 5x/week with your coach. Get daily support, personalized attention, and unmatched accountability — everything you need to level up in every area of your life.

Features:

​​✅ Five sessions per week (Mon–Sat)
✅ All features of Foundations and Momentum plans
✅ Near-daily check-ins, program tweaks, and ongoing feedback
✅ Ultimate consistency = maximum results
