About Rachel
Movement has always played a role in my life, but it wasn’t until I walked through some of my hardest seasons and experienced personal health struggles that I truly found purpose in fitness. In 2024, I hired Kylie as my personal trainer, and what followed was a completely life-changing transformation. I lost nearly 20 pounds, built serious strength, and discovered a new kind of confidence in myself — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. That journey inspired me to pursue a career in personal training, so I could help others experience the same healing and empowerment that I did.
With hours of hands-on experience shadowing Kylie, and now officially training since 2025, I’ve developed a calm, encouraging, and purposeful coaching style. Whether you’re new to lifting, working through setbacks, or just looking to level up, I’m here to help you reclaim your strength, rebuild with intention, and feel confident in your own body.
Some of my favorite upper body movements include barbell rows, lat pulldowns, and bench press. For the lower body, I’m all about heavy hip thrusts and dumbbell walking lunges — the kind that make it hard to sit down the next day. 🙂
What I love most about KFit Performance is the community. The accountability, the shared energy, and the genuine support between clients and teammates. It’s rare to work in a space that feels this welcoming and uplifting, and I feel incredibly lucky to be doing what I love, alongside one of my closest friends, in a place that feels like home. The big windows, natural light, and open layout don’t hurt either!
Outside of the gym, I’m all about quality time with friends and family, pool days, long walks, yoga sessions, and spontaneous outdoor adventures (yes, even skydiving!). I love working with all kinds of people and body types, and I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and pouring into the KFit community.
