Kylie provides individualized coaching within each session, helping you progress safely, build strength, and stay consistent.

Personal Training Plans

All personal training plans include coach-led sessions, customized programming, and private gym access during sessions. You’ll train in a supportive small-group environment where Kylie guides every workout.

Foundations Plan – $280/month

  • 2 sessions per week

  • Private gym access (during sessions)

  • Progress tracking

  • Mobility work

  • Meal ideas

  • Accountability

Momentum Plan – $350/month

  • 3 sessions per week

  • Includes everything in Foundations with more frequency for faster results

Elite Plan – $400/month

  • 5 sessions per week

  • Frequent check-ins

  • Full support and the highest level of customization
