Functional training at KFit is designed to improve how your body works as a system. Rather than isolating muscles, workouts emphasize movement patterns — pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, rotating, and stabilizing — so your strength supports everyday tasks and long-term health.

 

Kylie coaches each session to ensure proper form, smart progression, and movement quality, helping you build strength without sacrificing mobility or safety.

Functional Training Plans

All personal training programs at KFit include guided sessions, structured programming, and private gym access during sessions. Training is progressive, intentional, and tailored to help you move better as you get stronger.

Foundations Plan – $300/month

  • 2 sessions per week

  • Movement-focused strength

  • Mobility work

  • Progress tracking

  • Meal ideas

Momentum Plan – $380/month

  • 3 sessions per week

  • Includes everything in Foundations with increased consistency and progression

Elite Plan – $450/month

  • 5 sessions per week

  • The most structured and immersive training option
