All personal training plans at KFit include guided sessions, structured programming, and nutrition accountability support. As consistency increases, results follow.

Foundations Plan – $300/month

  • 2 sessions per week

  • Strength training + nutrition guidance

  • Macro accountability

Momentum Plan – $380/month

  • 3 sessions per week

  • Increased training frequency

  • Faster momentum

Elite Plan –
$450/month

  • Up to 5 sessions per week

  • Maximum structure and accountability​​

The private gym is conveniently located just a short drive from Greenville, making it an accessible option for clients throughout the Upstate who are serious about sustainable weight loss and long-term health.
